Teaching at Liberal Arts Colleges Conference

Join faculty from top-tier liberal arts institutions for a conversation about applying for faculty positions and teaching at liberal arts colleges. This event, sponsored by the Deputy Provost for Graduate Education in collaboration with Career Advising and Planning Services and Graduate Student Affairs, is FREE to all UChicago graduate and professional school students, but registration is required.

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch, with welcome by Debbie Nelson, Deputy Provost, and introductions of our panelists

1:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Session One: "Why Teach at a Liberal Arts College?"

2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Session Two: "How to Create a Strong Application"

4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Networking reception with speakers, students and faculty
