The Partnership for Public Service offers a robust series of internships, fellowships and talent exchange programs designed to bring more young people into government and help agencies recruit and retain the talent they need to succeed.  These opportunities include:

The Cybersecurity Talent Initiative:

The Cybersecurity Talent Initiative provides students and recent graduates in cybersecurity-related fields the opportunity to gain vital public and private sector work experience and receive student loan assistance. Participants are placed at a federal agency with cybersecurity needs for two years and, before the end of their service, be invited to apply for full-time positions with the program’s private sector partners. The Partnership offers a professional development and mentorship program, as well as technical training to help guide participants.

The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program:

The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program places students with critically needed skills into 10-12-week paid summer internships at the Departments of Transportation and Commerce. Candidates interested in several career tracks—including finance, public policy and administration, engineering, science, math, information technology and the liberal arts—are encouraged to apply. Applications for the program typically open in the fall.

The Rosenthal Fellowship:

The Rosenthal Fellowship is a prestigious program that provides a select number of civic-minded graduate students in international relations with a summer internship in a congressional or executive branch office. Fellows will benefit from an unparalleled work experience and participate in events organized by the Partnership.
