YLT Fellowship is a two-year, full-time, immersive, and paid fellowship that sets you up to tackle the biggest issues in tech. The YLT fellows work in research areas that are defining the future of digital India. Their critical work lies in community-led technology development, public finance, governance of automated decision-making systems, and deployment of Facial Recognition Technology (FRTs)! As a YLT fellow, you do not just work for the most prominent organisations in the space, but get to spearhead research and initiatives with their leadership.
Eligibility
The YLT Fellowship welcomes applications from young professionals with an engineering degree in any field. Fellows are placed with prominent tech policy think tanks working on pressing issues in India. An ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a few years of work experience and an interest in technology policy.
