Individual Research Grants provide flexible financial support to allow individuals to undertake research in the field of British art. This might involve supporting research time (including through backfill for those in employment) and/or research travel to view collections or visit archives, as well as some additional costs.
The grants are tiered and are available as per below:
- Up to £3,000
Available to individuals at any stage of their career. - £3,001-£8,000
Available to individuals at any stage of their career. - £8,001-£20,000
Available to individuals who are at a postdoctoral level, or who have equivalent research experience, or above.
