Exchange Application Deadlines, Visiting Students 2025-2026
Ivy Plus applications: Ivy Plus applications should be submitted to UChicago at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your intended exchange quarter. Applicants who are requesting class registrations should include the classes on the Ivy Plus application. However, these requests are tentative until the official Schedule of Classes for the quarter is posted.
BTAA and CMEP applications: Deadlines are provided below.
Autumn Quarter 2025
- August 25 – Graduate Schedule of Classes for Autumn Quarter posted
- August 26 – First day to submit Exchange applications which include class registration requests
- September 10 – Deadline to submit Exchange applications to UChicago for Autumn Quarter
- September 29 – Autumn Quarter begins
- December 13 – Autumn Quarter ends
Winter Quarter 2026
- November 3 – Graduate Schedule of Classes for Winter Quarter posted
- November 4 – First day to submit Exchange applications which include class registration requests
- November 26 – Deadline for Exchange applications to UChicago for Winter Quarter
- January 5 – Winter Quarter begins
- March 14 – Winter Quarter ends
Spring Quarter 2026
- February 9 – Graduate Schedule of Classes for Spring Quarter posted
- February 10 – First day to submit Exchange applications which include class registration requests
- February 25 – Deadline for Exchange applications to UChicago for Spring Quarter
- March 23 – Spring Quarter begins
- June 6 – Spring Quarter ends
