Since 1941, the American Institute of the History of Pharmacy (AIHP) has been a global leader in pharmacy history, pursuing a mission of “advancing knowledge and understanding the history of pharmacy and medicines,” while informing education, research, policy, and public discourse.

AIHP will sponsor two PhD or PharmD candidates for onsite research visits to utilize our historical collections. Each fellowship award is up to $3,500.

This opportunity will enable researchers to engage with a vibrant collection that ranges from rare pharmaceutical artifacts to institutional pharmacy education documents and international pharmaceutical exchange materials.
