The COSAS Graduate Research Fund is eligible for graduate students enrolled at the University of Chicago who are engaged in scholarly research on the region and peoples of Southern Asia (as defined in the COSAS Constitution) and who require funds to cover their Southern Asia–related research tasks or projects.
Research fund amounts and restrictions: In any particular year, students may not apply for more than $12,000 in research funds. Students may apply multiple times over their graduate career and in any year of their program.
