The BECAL-Harris Graduate Fellowship supports outstanding Paraguayan students pursuing Master’s and PhD programs at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. The fellowship funds up to ten (10) incoming Paraguayan students who are admitted and matriculate in a full-time, fellowship-eligible Master’s (MPP, MSCAPP, MAPP, MACRM) or PhD program. For each student’s first two (2) years of study, the fellowship covers tuition, student fees, insurance, and stipend as dictated within the framework of graduate funding at the University.
